Products shall be free of all substantial defects in original material and workmanship under normal use in standard office conditions for a period of five (5) years from date of purchase. Arnold Kolax agrees at our option to repair or replace at no further cost to the buyer any portion of the subject products that prove to be defective in material or workmanship that the buyer gives written notice within thirty (30) days of all such claimed defects.
