When the Federal Supply Schedule contract delivery period does not meet the bona fide urgent delivery requirements of an ordering agency, agencies are encouraged, it time permits, to contact Arnold Kolax Furniture for the purpose of obtaining accelerated delivery. Arnold Kolax Furniture shall respond within 3 workdays after receipt. If Arnold Kolax offers an accelerated delivery time acceptable to the ordering agency, any order(s) placed shall be delivered within this shorter delivery time and in accordance with all other terms and conditions of the contract.

Products shall be free of all substantial defects in original material and workmanship under normal use in standard office conditions for a period of three (3) years from date of purchase. Arnold Kolax agrees at our option to repair or replace at no further cost to the buyer any portion of the subject products that prove to be defective in material or workmanship that the buyer gives written notice within thirty (30) days of all such claimed defects.
