Arnold Kolax Geometric Accessory Tables are functional room accent pieces with personality. Each is created from only the finest hardwood and hand-made by skilled artisans. We offer a wide variety of custom modifications ranging from non-standard sizes to custom shapes, colors, and finishing effects.
Each form below is available in a wide variety of sizes, materials and finishes—with numerous options to choose from. Arnold Kolax can also provide a custom form that is tailored for your specific needs.
THE WOOD:
All solid wood edges used on the exterior surfaces are “A” grade select in Walnut, White Oak, Honduras Mahogany, American Cherry, and White Maple. Every effort is made to match solid wood with the corresponding plastic laminate in color and grain.
THE FINISH:
A “seven step,” open pore finish is standard to our geometrics. It is a rich, lustrous, water and alcohol resistant, 35° stain sheen multi-coat lacquer that is applied over a “hand rubbed” wiping stain. Color consistency is maintained by constant comparisons to “control panels” at every step in the finishing process. Custom color matching is available, ask for more details.
LAMINATE:
Plastic laminate tops and surfaces are of the horizontal grade with a textured (T) finish. You may specify any Nevamar, Wilsonart, Pionite or Formica brand color (matte) finish.

There are two options available for marble and granite tops, plus a reveal color (Satin Aluminum, Stainless Steel or Black.) A black reveal is supplied unless chrome or brass is specified. Note the top adds 1" to overall height of unit.

There are four edge options available with wood tops, plus a reveal color as shown above with stone tops.
REVEALS
Reveals are 1/8" high and recessed 1/8" deep. They are available on all wood or color forms. Specifiy position from top.

CONTRASTING EDGES
For forms in a wood finish or laminate: a configurated edge in black, maroon, or a contrasting wood can be used (i.e., Oak Cylinder with Black Reeded Edge.) Not available in polyester colors. Reveal in Satin Aluminum, Stainless Steel or Black (black supplied unless otherwise noted.)

RECESSED BASE
Bases are 2" high, which will not add to the overall height of the unit. Bases are available on all shapes except triangles.

INLAYS
Inlays are available with all Baron Cubes and other forms only together with Configurated Edges. Marble, granite, wood, plastic laminate, Avonite and Corian (special order) can be used as inlays.
CASTERS
Recessed black casters are available on units 18" diameter or larger, 18" square or larger, and less than 28" high.
